We hope you love your piece. If it’s not quite right, you can return your order.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet these conditions: item is unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund for your order will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item if it adheres to the required conditions (see above). Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that we may  refuse a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition (e.g. worn, damaged, etc.).

Any custom or made-to-order item cannot be returned.

We carefully prepare each order to ensure it arrives as intended. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

We currently ship to the EU and the United Kingdom. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers or customs, which are beyond our control.
